How scary is buying a condo sight unseen? Not scary at all using John Whitesell as your agent. We live in Maryland and bought a condo in St. Augustine without seeing the property. John did an excellent job checking out the condo: before the offer, during the inspection and just before closing. John provided pictures of the unit and a detailed opinion on the condition of the major items.
